1 Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to answer your request and perform the work you hire us for.

Information you give us directly

• Full name — so we know who we are talking to.
• Phone number — to call or text you back about your estimate.
• Email address (optional) — to send you the written estimate or follow-up.
• Service of interest (kitchen, bathroom, flooring, concrete, painting, etc.).
• Project details you choose to include in the message field, and the address or area of the property when an on-site visit is needed.
• Photos or documents you voluntarily send us by email, text or WhatsApp to describe your project.

Information collected automatically

• Technical data from your visit: IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages viewed and date/time. Our server keeps standard access logs and uses your IP address for anti-spam rate limiting.
• Language preference, stored in a cookie so the site opens in English or Spanish next time.

Information from advertising platforms

When you submit a lead form on Google Ads, Facebook or Instagram, the platform sends us the contact information you approved there (typically name, phone number, email, ZIP code and the service you requested). We receive it as a lead notification and treat it exactly like a form submitted on our own website.

2 How We Use Your Information

We use the information you send us for these purposes only:

• Respond to your request and prepare a free estimate for your remodeling project.
• Contact you by phone call, text message, WhatsApp or email to ask for missing details, schedule a visit or confirm an appointment.
• Perform the contracted work: scheduling, coordinating materials, crew and inspections, and invoicing.
• Follow up after the work is done, handle warranty questions and ask for your feedback or a review.
• Improve our website and services by understanding which pages and services people are interested in.
• Prevent spam, fraud and abuse of our forms, and keep our systems secure.
• Comply with the law, including tax, accounting, licensing, insurance and contract record-keeping obligations.

We only send promotional messages (special offers, seasonal promotions) to people who have contacted us or asked to receive them, and every one of those messages includes a way to opt out.

3 Consent for Calls, Text Messages and WhatsApp

When you submit our contact form, an advertising lead form, or otherwise give us your phone number, you agree that BR Remodeling LLC may contact you at that number by phone call, text message (SMS), WhatsApp or email regarding your estimate request and your project.

• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
• Message frequency varies and depends on your project and our conversation.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can always call us directly at (979) 316-0605 without submitting any form.
• To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP at any time. To stop emails, use the unsubscribe link or reply asking us to remove you. To stop calls, just tell us and we will note it in our records.

4 How We Share Information

We share your information only when it is necessary to answer you or to do the work, and only with parties that are required to keep it confidential:

• Email delivery provider (Brevo). Form submissions are delivered to our company inbox through Brevo's transactional email service, which processes the message on our behalf.
• Hosting provider. Our website runs on a private server; the hosting provider stores the site and its logs.
• Advertising platforms (Google, Meta). When you submit a lead form on their platform, they collect the data first and pass it to us under their own privacy policies.
• Crew members, subcontractors and suppliers, limited to what they need to reach you, take measurements, deliver materials or complete your job.
• Professional advisors (accounting, insurance, legal) when required for our normal business operations.
• Authorities, if we are legally required to do so by a valid court order, subpoena, permit or inspection process, or to protect our rights, safety or property.

If our business is ever sold or merged, customer records may be transferred as part of that transaction, and the new owner would remain bound by this policy.

5 How We Store and Protect Your Information

Your information is stored in our company email account and in our internal project records, on systems located in the United States. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards:

• Encrypted connection. The entire website is served over HTTPS with a valid TLS certificate, so anything you type into a form travels encrypted.
• Private server with restricted access. Only the owner and authorized administrators can access the server, protected by SSH keys and strong passwords.
• Administration panel protected by username and password, stored encrypted (hashed), with sessions that expire.
• Anti-spam protection on our forms: a hidden honeypot field and per-IP submission rate limiting.
• Need-to-know access. Only the people who need your information to attend your project can see it.
• No card or bank data is ever collected or stored through this website.

6 How Long We Keep It

• Estimate requests that do not become a project: normally kept up to 24 months from the last contact, then deleted.
• Customers with completed projects: contract, invoice and warranty records are kept for the period required by tax, accounting and warranty obligations (generally up to 7 years).
• Website server logs: kept for a short period for security and troubleshooting.

You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time, and we will do so unless we are legally required to keep it.

7 Cookies and Tracking Technologies

This website uses a small number of cookies and third-party technologies:

• Essential cookies. A cookie that remembers your language choice (English or Spanish), and a session cookie used only by the site administrator when logging into the content panel.
• Google Maps. The map in our contact section is embedded from Google Maps, which may set its own cookies and receive your IP address.
• Advertising and measurement. If you reach us through an ad, Google Ads and Meta may use cookies or identifiers to measure the performance of that ad. These platforms operate under their own privacy policies: Google Privacy Policy and Meta Privacy Policy.
• Fonts and icons are loaded from Google Fonts and a public content delivery network, which receive your IP address as part of that request.

You can block or delete cookies from your browser settings at any time; the site will still work, though your language preference will not be remembered. You can also manage ad personalization in Google My Ad Center.

8 Your Rights and Choices

You are always in control of the information you gave us. At any time you may:

• Ask what we have about you and how we used it.
• Correct any information that is wrong or out of date.
• Request deletion of your information, unless we must keep it for tax, contract or legal reasons.

9 Children's Privacy

Our services are directed to property owners and adults. This website is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us at BRRemodeling450@gmail.com and we will delete it.

10 Third-Party Links and Platforms

Our website links to third-party services such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Google Maps and Google reviews. Once you leave our site or open a chat on another platform, that company's own privacy policy and terms apply to the information you share there. We are not responsible for the content or the privacy practices of those third parties.

11 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, tools or legal obligations change. The updated version will always be published on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
